I’m a bit confused about the pulmonary function monitoring; I don't recall that being a standard recommendation for Divalproex.

I practiced a question like this, and I feel like serum ammonia is also important to check, especially for signs of toxicity.

I remember something about monitoring LFTs because Divalproex can affect liver function, right?
