If Group1 includes both users and they are assigned the license, that could mean 2 licenses total. But what about the other groups?

I think Group1 has User1 and User2, so maybe it would be 2 licenses if they both get the E5 license.

This seems like a pretty straightforward question. I'd probably go with option A - using an Amazon Lex bot to handle the ASR customization. That way, I can easily define the product names as customer slots and use the synonym mechanism to account for any variations or misspellings.
