After thinking it through, I think the answer is D and E - the Microsoft Authentication Library (MSAL) and the Azure Active Directory Authentication Libraries (ADAL). I'm feeling pretty confident about this one now. The key is that the web app needs to authenticate using OAuth without additional verification, so the correct answers are definitely D and E - MSAL and ADAL. Those libraries will handle the OAuth flow and give the app the access it needs to the Dataverse API.
