I’m not confident, but I think the ability to manage virtual machines is more associated with Azure, so maybe that rules out E?

I’m leaning towards option E because I recall something about Microsoft Endpoint Manager being tied to Microsoft 365, but I could be mixing it up with Azure.

I practiced a similar question about Azure Virtual Desktop last week, and I feel like the management aspect might be the key difference here.

I think I remember that Microsoft 365 has some unique management features, but I'm not entirely sure which one it is.

The key here is that we need to use the `kubectl` command to apply the manifest file. Copying the file to a directory on the node or the API server is not the valid way to deploy a Pod. I'm going to go with option D, which is the `kubectl apply` command.

I'm pretty sure the Salesforce CLI is used to create scratch orgs, so I'll go with option B.
