This seems straightforward. As long as we select "exact match" for the unit of measure, we should be able to claim the correct rebate amount at the end of the month.
I was leaning towards Dynamics 365 Customer Service, but after reading the question again, Power Virtual Agent does seem like the more appropriate solution.
Hmm, I think Power Virtual Agent is the way to go. It's designed specifically for building chatbots, and it integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365 and Teams.
