Microsoft-certified headsets? Really? That's like trying to give a person a scuba mask to use as sunglasses. Teams-certified handsets are clearly the way to go here.

Ha! Using the existing analog handsets would be like trying to shoehorn a horse-drawn carriage into a highway. Definitely need to upgrade to something more modern and functional.

Teams Rooms devices are overkill for common area phones. I think the Microsoft Teams-certified handsets are the way to go - they hit all the requirements without breaking the bank.

A) Microsoft-certified 3PIP handsets could also work, but the Teams-certified handsets are probably a better fit for common area phones.

I would go with the Microsoft-certified 3PIP handsets. They're compatible with Teams and can be managed remotely, plus they're probably more cost-effective than the Teams-certified models.
