Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: A

EU PII wants both documents and email message to be preserved so S&C Admin Center for Retention. If this was for Email only, this probably could have been done in EAC.

I’m leaning towards option D as well, since DLP policies specifically target data loss and compliance, which seems crucial for EU PII.

I'm a little confused by the wording of this question. Is it asking about a retention policy or a DLP policy? I'll need to re-read it carefully and make sure I understand the difference between those two types of policies.

Okay, I've got this. The question is asking about meeting a technical requirement for EU PII data, so I'm pretty sure the answer is a data loss prevention (DLP) policy from the Security & Compliance admin center. That's the option that seems most relevant.

I think option C, creating a data loss prDanielntion (DLP) policy from the Exchange admin center, might be the most effective way to meet the requirement.
