Hold up, what about the 'Rating values'? That could be a way to quantify the electricians' expertise levels, which could be really useful for the resource manager.

I'm not so sure about that. The 'Roles' attribute might be a better fit since it's more specifically focused on job-related qualifications. Plus, it could help with things like resource scheduling and assignment.

Hmm, good point. But then again, rating values are usually more subjective, whereas licenses and certifications are more concrete qualifications.
