Okay, let me think about this. Definitely not C) Microsoft Customer Voice - that's for customer feedback, not internal processes. B) Inspections sounds like the way to go.

I'm not sure about this one. I was thinking maybe D) Scheduling, since that allows you to set up standard service tasks, but Inspections does sound more relevant to the requirement.

I think the correct answer is B) Inspections. The requirement is to create a list of steps for field technicians to follow, and Inspections seems like the perfect feature for that.
