B, D, and E are the way to go. Can't go wrong with the 'Storage Blob Data' roles, and the Owner for good measure. Might as well have the kitchen sink while we're at it!
Hmm, I'd say B, C, and E. The dataflows need to be stored, so the Storage Blob Data Contributor is a must. And the Contributor role for general management, plus the Storage Blob Data Owner for full control.
I think B, D, and F are the correct answers. The dataflows need to be stored, so the Storage Blob Data Contributor role is required. And the Owner role for overall control, plus the Storage Blob Data Reader for read access.
B, D, and E. The principle of least privilege requires the minimum permissions needed to accomplish the task, and those three roles provide the necessary access for the Power BI dataflows.
