Hmm, I'm not sure about that. Deleting the reports and dataflows from the workspace seems like a risky move. Wouldn't that just break the integration we're trying to achieve?

Sounds like a plan. I'd go with options A and C - create the dataflows and reports folders in the storage account, and then link the workspace to the storage account. That should do the trick.
