Definitely a no. Public IPs won't help here.

I think it’s a no. You need a private IP for the internal load balancer.

I’m a bit confused; I thought the public IP was only relevant for external load balancers. Does it really affect internal ones?

I’m leaning towards "No" because I believe both VMs need to be in the same virtual network for the backend pool.

I remember a practice question where we had to ensure VMs were in the same subnet as the load balancer. This feels similar, but I'm not sure if the public IP is the main issue.

I think disassociating the public IP from VM2 might not be enough since LB1 is internal and needs VMs in the same VNET.

I think the key here is the need for a dynamic, regularly updated data extension. That rules out a single send journey, so I'm leaning towards one of the automation options.

I remember practicing a question about urllib3 recently. If the error mentions that module, then it might be dependencies related to it.

I've got a good feeling about this one. The command that sounds like it would do the job is "dlstat show-aggr". That seems to be the most direct way to get the information we need.

I'm a bit unsure about the licenses part. I'll need to double-check the requirements there.
