You have an Azure virtual machine named VM1.

You use Azure Backup to create a backup of VM1 named Backup1.

After creating Backup1, you perform the following changes to VM1:

Modify the size of VM1.

Copy a file named Budget.xls to a folder named Data.

Reset the password for the built-in administrator account.

Add a data disk to VM1.

An administrator uses the Replace existing option to restore VM1 from Backup1.

Nah, the data disk should still be there after the restore.

I think modifying the size is also lost in the restore.

Wait, does resetting the password really not get restored?

Totally agree, that file won't restore automatically.

You need to copy Budget.xls again.

I’m leaning towards the file copy being the change that needs to be repeated, since files are usually not included in the backup unless specified.

I practiced a similar question where we had to identify which settings would persist after a restore. I feel like the password reset might need to be done again.

I think the data disk addition might be a tricky one since it depends on how Azure handles disks during a restore. I’m not entirely sure though.

I remember that restoring from a backup typically reverts the VM to its state at the time of the backup, so any changes made after that would be lost.

Okay, I think I've got it. The "Replace existing" restore should have brought the VM back to its original state, so the only change that would need to be redone is the one that wasn't part of the backup - adding the new data disk. That's my best guess.

I'm a bit confused on this one. If the backup was restored using "Replace existing", wouldn't that have restored the VM to its original state before any of the changes were made? I'm not sure which change would need to be performed again.

Hmm, let me think this through. The question says the restore used the "Replace existing" option, so that should have brought the VM back to its original state before the changes. I'm guessing the data disk addition is the only thing that needs to be done again.

I'm pretty confident I know the answer to this one. The Azure Backup restore using the "Replace existing" option should restore the VM to its previous state, so the only change that would need to be performed again is the one that wasn't backed up - adding the data disk.

I'm pretty confident I know the answer to this one. From what I've learned, the default flex field indexes are optimized for performance, so option C is likely the correct choice. Avoiding custom indexing is usually the best way to get the most out of the ITaskQueryService API.

Hmm, I'm a little unsure about this one. The requirement to create the PricebookEntry in a specific Pricebook2 based on a custom setting seems tricky. I'll need to review the Pricebook2 and custom setting documentation carefully.

The tcpdump outputs seem to show a successful TCP handshake between the client and the server, so the problem is likely not with the connection itself. I'll need to dig deeper to figure out where the issue might be.

I bet the answer is B - adding the data disk. That's the only change that wouldn't be part of the backup, right? Although, maybe they're just trying to distract us with the other options... Ugh, these Azure exams are the worst.

Hmm, let me think this through... Okay, I've got it! The answer is D. Copying the Budget.xls file to the Data folder is the only change that wouldn't be restored from the backup. The other options are just red herrings to trip us up.

This is a piece of cake! The answer is clearly C. Resetting the password for the built-in administrator account wouldn't be part of the backup, so that's the one you'd have to do again. Easy peasy.

Ugh, I hate these 'select the correct answer' questions. They're always trying to trick you. But I think I've got it this time. It's gotta be B - adding the data disk. That's the only change that wouldn't be part of the backup, right?
