I think Option D is correct. The routers should use different virtual IP addresses for VRRP to function correctly, otherwise there could be conflicts and issues.
Option C makes the most sense to me. The exhibit shows that both routers are in the same state, which indicates that VRRP is functioning normally in active/active mode.
