Cryptographic keys for encrypted data stored in the cloud should be ________________ .

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: A

Cryptographic keys should not be stored along with the data they secure, regardless of key length. We don't split crypto keys or generate redundant keys (doing so would violate the principle of secrecy necessary for keys to serve their purpose).

Totally agree with A, never store keys with the provider!

Wait, are we really trusting cloud providers with anything?

I think C is super important too, 128 bits is a must.

I feel like splitting keys into groups was mentioned in a lecture, but I don't know if that's a best practice or just a technique for managing keys.

I think we practiced a question about key length, and I recall that 128 bits is a common standard for security, but I can't remember if that's the minimum requirement.

I remember discussing that keys shouldn't be stored with the cloud provider to avoid unauthorized access, but I'm not entirely sure if that's the only consideration.

I definitely recall that redundancy in key generation was emphasized, but I'm not clear on how that applies to cloud storage specifically.

Hmm, I'm not sure about this one. The diagram has some similarities to a process map, but I'll need to think it through a bit more.

Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. I know Jest is a popular testing framework, but I'm not super familiar with how it works with Lightning web components specifically. I'll need to think through the unique testing needs for that platform.
