Increasing process control efficiencies sounds good, but I don't recall it being the main focus when we discussed risk-aware cultures. I lean towards option C.
I feel like better understanding of the risk appetite could be important too, but it doesn’t seem as actionable as enabling risk-based decision making.
I remember practicing a question similar to this, and I think improving audit results was mentioned as a secondary benefit. But I’m not confident it’s the primary one.

I feel pretty confident about this one. Guided selling systems are designed to provide a rich, visual experience, so the ability to retrieve and display product photos seems like a core capability. I'll select True.
