I think the answer is A. A CIP allows for proper planning and preparation for projects, which is the main benefit. The other options don't seem to capture the essence of a CIP as well.
The error message mentions a zone merge failure, so I'm thinking the solution might involve synchronizing the zone configurations between the two switches. Option A seems like the most straightforward way to do that.
I'm not entirely sure, but I think an influx of an international chain could really pressure BBB's customer base, especially if they offer trendy options.
