A business analyst (BA) working on a recently implemented project is approached by the sponsor to provide artifacts that can be used organization wide for the long -term. Which of the following should the BA provide?
I’m leaning towards the project solution architecture because it provides a comprehensive view, but I wonder if it’s too technical for long-term organizational use.
Transition requirements document sounds important, but I feel like it might be too specific to the project rather than something for the organization as a whole.
I think the high-level business requirements document could be useful since it outlines the overall goals, but I'm not entirely sure if it's the best choice for long-term use.
This looks like a straightforward Scrum question. I'll start by reviewing the Scrum framework and its core elements to identify the required components.
This is a tricky one. I'm not entirely confident in my understanding of the governance system and the different components. I'll have to rely on my broader knowledge of organizational structures and decision-making processes to try and figure this out.
I've got a good feeling about this one. The WatchDog process is definitely the process that starts the other components on the VCS/IPCS system. I'm going with D.
