False, no doubt about it. Corporate governance is the framework for how a company is managed and controlled, not its actual management strategy. Although, if my boss was the CEO, that might be a different story...
I'm going with False on this one. Corporate governance is more like the rules of the road, not the driver's strategy. Unless the driver is Dale Earnhardt Jr., then all bets are off!
Corporate governance is definitely not the organization's strategic response to management. It's about the system of rules, practices, and processes by which a company is directed and controlled. This one's gotta be False.
