As we begin to describe the things occurring with our process through a Process Map we begin to see some steps that are NVA which stands for ____________.
I thought NVA was about No violation allowed, but that doesn't seem to fit with process mapping. I might be mixing it up with something else we studied.
I'm not entirely sure, but I feel like it could also be Non-value actions. We had a practice question about that, but I can't recall the exact wording.
I remember we talked about Next vehicle action in a different context, but it doesn't sound like what we're looking for here. Non-value add seems more likely.
Hmm, I'm not entirely sure about this one. I'm considering cross-site scripting and log poisoning, but I'm also wondering if command injection might be a good choice. I'll have to weigh the options carefully.
I'm pretty confident the answer is B - the business strategy. Total rewards need to align with and support the company's broader objectives, so that has to be the key factor driving their design.
I'm a little confused by the wording of the question. I'll need to re-read it a few times to make sure I understand exactly what it's asking before I select an answer.
