I feel like Kanban is more about workflow management, so it probably isn't the right choice here. Process Map seems like the best fit based on what I studied.
I'm torn between Process Map and Kaizen event. I know both relate to process improvement, but I can't recall which one specifically identifies complexity.
I remember practicing a question about identifying critical steps, and I think Pareto Charts focus more on prioritizing issues rather than mapping processes.
I feel confident that the Account Performance Report is the way to go here. It should provide the company-level view and breakdown by vertical that the question is asking for. I'll make sure to double-check my answer, but I think this is the right solution.
