I’m leaning towards option B too, but I wonder if the hackers in option A could also be considered a privacy risk since they could access personal data through IoT systems.
I remember discussing how IoT devices can collect personal data, but I'm not sure if the insurance rates example really fits the privacy risk category.
I'm pretty confident the answer is The Cabinet. The Directive is focused on government institutions, and the Cabinet is a separate governing body, so it makes sense that it would be the exception.
Option C seems straightforward - maintaining each hierarchy in its own version and setting the primary and shared relationships. But I'm not sure if that fully addresses the requirement of managing the properties across the hierarchies. I'll need to think through the pros and cons of each approach.
