Okay, I've got a strategy for this. Based on my understanding, the "Configure continuous updates" option sounds like the way to go. That should ensure the production environment is always running the latest service updates from Microsoft.
I think the answer is C. It makes sense that the rule would require sharing do-not-call requests across the organization when the call is not due to an error or unforeseen circumstance.
