I think it's C. PE Authority isn't part of CBPR.

I'm a bit confused about the role of the Accountability Agent. I thought they were involved in enforcement, but I can't remember if that's the case for CBPR specifically.

This question seems familiar; I practiced one similar where we had to identify elements of privacy frameworks. I think dispute resolution is usually included.
