IP planning and design services are more down-to-earth than planning consulting services, the former takes detailed design as the work center, and the latter takes top-level architecture consulting as the mainstay.
Consulting services are for the 'big shots' who like to talk a lot and make fancy PowerPoint slides. IP planning is where the real work gets done, with less hot air and more technical know-how.
I'm not sure either, but I think it's saying that IP planning is more focused on detailed design while consulting is more about top-level architecture.
True, true, true! I remember this from the course. IP planning is all about the hands-on, detailed work, while consulting is for the big-picture thinkers. Easy peasy!
I'm not sure about this one. Isn't IP planning and design more technical while consulting services are more high-level? I might need to review the material again.
