Okay, I've got this. The key factor in evaluating a bank's resources profile is the deposit composition and stickiness. The size and growth of deposits, as well as the geographic distribution, are important but secondary considerations. I'm going to select option C.
I think the phrase "regardless of the size and complexity" suggests that services should be flexible enough to work in any composition. It's not really about being limited to their original purpose.
