Option C is just silly. BFD can't be that slow, or it would be useless for OSPF. I'm going with A.

I'm not sure why this is even a question. Obviously, BFD and OSPF work together to provide faster link state detection. Anyone who doesn't know that shouldn't be taking this exam.
