I’m confused about the common shop clause; I don’t recall it being discussed much in class.

I practiced a similar question where the closed shop was mentioned as illegal in most industries, so I’m leaning towards that one.

I remember studying the differences between these clauses, and I feel like the agency shop clause might be the answer, but I could be mixing it up.

The answer is definitely B. Thrombolytic therapy is the standard treatment for acute MI to break up the clot and restore blood flow. PTCA is a different procedure, and the other options aren't relevant here.

This is a tricky one. On the one hand, the interviewer is clearly trying to leverage the job offer to get a date, which is unethical. But the question doesn't specify if the interviewer explicitly stated that the date was a requirement for the job. I'd want to analyze the context and tone of the conversation to determine if it was a clear-cut demand or more of a suggestion.

I'm kind of confused about the office opening question. Does it really need an ICP license, or is it just for online activities?

I vaguely recall something about analyzing regulatory requirements being valuable, but is that really the first thing to do? It doesn't seem right to me.
