Duty of diligence, hands down. Anything less is just plain lazy if you ask me.

I think it’s definitely related to how we perform our tasks, so it could be B) Duty of diligence. I practiced a question like this last week!

I feel like this question is tricky. I thought due process was more about legal rights than employee duties.

I remember discussing the different duties, but I keep mixing up duty of diligence and duty of loyalty. I hope I can recall the right one during the exam!

I think the answer might be B) Duty of diligence, but I'm not entirely sure. We covered something similar in class about employee responsibilities.

Duty of diligence seems like the best answer here. That's the one where the employee has to exercise the proper level of care and competence in performing their job duties for the employer.

I'm a bit confused on this one. I'll need to review my notes on the different employment duties to figure out which one specifically requires reasonable care and skill. Gotta make sure I get this right.

Okay, let me see. I know duty of loyalty is about being faithful to the employer, and duty of obedience is about following instructions. I'm not sure about due process or duty of diligence though.

Hmm, this seems like a tricky one. I'll need to think carefully about the differences between these duties and which one specifically requires reasonable care and skill.
