I practiced a similar question, and I’m pretty sure "Professional validity" is the odd one out. It just doesn’t fit with the others.

I think the four types are content, construct, predictive, and... oh wait, is it professional? That doesn’t seem right.

I remember studying the different types of validity, but I’m not completely sure about "Professional validity." It doesn’t sound familiar.

I feel like I’ve seen "content," "construct," and "predictive" in my notes, but "professional" seems off. I hope I remember this correctly!

Okay, I've got this! The merchant wants to let customers choose the parts that go into their computer, so a Configurable Product is definitely the way to go. That way, the customer can pick and choose the components they want, and the merchant can still sell the complete computers as well. Easy peasy!

Whoa, this is a lot to unpack. I'm a little unsure about some of these options and how they specifically apply to the divisional structure. I'll have to think it through step-by-step to make sure I get this right.

I'm a bit confused on the optimal strategy here. Does adding puts as delta moves toward -1 really make the portfolio more delta-neutral, or is it better to sell calls?
