I practiced a question similar to this, and I think discussing alternative plans is more about implementation than needs analysis.

Assessing the organization’s history seems like a foundational step, but I feel like discussing alternatives might come later in the process.

I remember environmental scanning being crucial in the needs analysis, but I can't recall if gauging reactions fits there.

Ah, this is a good one! I think I know how to handle this. I'll use the 'filter' function to keep only the rows where the 'supplier' column contains 'Sports', then I'll select the 'itemName' column and use 'explode' to expand the 'attributes' column. Piece of cake!

Hmm, I'm not totally sure about this one. I know there are a few different SSJS functions that work with JSON data, but I can't quite remember which one is best for converting a string to an object. Guess I'll have to make an educated guess.

I remember the focus was on synchronization, so I feel like A and D could be contenders, but A feels more relevant based on our notes.

Hmm, I'm not too sure about this one. The 7150, 7010, and 7250QX all seem like possible options too. I'll have to think this through carefully.

Discussing alternative plans? That's like the bread and butter of the needs analysis stage. I'm pretty sure that's the right answer.
