Looks like the customer is having a 'Logical Enclosure' of a time trying to get this network up and running. They need to 'Interconnect' the dots a bit better!

I bet the customer forgot to enable the Smart Link feature. Classic mistake, but it's not the right solution for this issue.

Ah, I see the problem. The network must be added to the uplink set within the LIG and the Logical Interconnect configuration must be updated. Easy fix!
