I'm not sure about D, enabling the Extension1 in Shared Memory. That doesn't seem like a requirement for a SAS Expansion upgrade.

I think the correct answer is B, C, and E. The customer needs to have available slots for the disk boards, the SAS Expansion license, and add drive boxes with the SAS interface.
