Okay, I think I've got this. The key is selecting the first row or column, copying it, and then using the Transpose option when pasting. As long as I follow those steps, I should be able to switch the rows and columns on the chart.

Okay, I've got a strategy for this. When changing a service template, the default addition to linked services is usually related to monitoring or configuration settings. So I'm going to go with Entity Rules as my best guess.
