You know, I can see both sides of this. On one hand, the public can't have a say in every little decision, or nothing would ever get done. But on the other hand, this sounds like a pretty major process that's being kept under wraps. I'll need to really look at the details and see if the informal committee is actually following good planning principles, or if they're just trying to push through their own agenda. Gotta keep an open mind here.
