I thought it was D at first, but Organisation makes more sense.

Wait, are we sure it's not C? OUs can do some of that too.

I feel like "Tenant" could be a trick option, but it doesn't seem to fit the context of trust relationships as well as "Organisation" does.

I practiced a similar question, and I believe "Organisation" was the correct choice for enabling cross-account access.

I'm not entirely sure, but I remember something about "OU" being related to organizational units. Does that apply here?

I think the answer might be "Organisation" because it allows for managing multiple accounts under a single umbrella, right?

I'm a little confused by this question. I know AWS has different account management features, but I'm not familiar with the specific terminology they use. I'll have to guess on this one - maybe C, OU?

Okay, I've got this. The key here is the mention of "single sign-on and cross-account management." That sounds like it's referring to AWS Organizations, which is the service that allows you to centrally manage multiple AWS accounts. The answer is definitely B, Organization.

Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. I know AWS has different account management structures, but I can't quite remember the specific term for chaining accounts together. I'll have to think this through carefully.
