I’m a bit confused; I thought scheduling was in Genesys Administrator, but that doesn’t seem right now.

I remember practicing with a question about Genesys applications, and I feel like WFM Supervisor web was mentioned a lot.

I think WFM scheduling is done in the WFM Configuration Utility, but I'm not entirely sure.

I definitely recall that IRD is not related to WFM scheduling, but I can't remember which of the other options is correct.

This looks straightforward enough. I'll just need to find the node name, then use the `kubectl cordon` and `kubectl drain` commands to take care of it. Shouldn't be too difficult as long as I remember the right syntax.

I practiced a similar question last week and I think actual variable cost would be effective too.

Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about the Alerts capabilities. I know they can be configured for different frequencies, but I'm not sure if they can only do one action or multiple actions. I'll have to think through that one carefully.

Hmm, I'm not totally sure about this one. The security models can get a bit confusing. I'll have to think it through carefully and review my notes before deciding.
