I'm leaning towards Azure Table storage as the most suitable option for this question. It's designed to handle semi-structured data and can scale to accommodate the incoming logs.
I'd like to see the 'Popgateway1.log' file. It must have been a wild ride! Maybe the voice application got stage fright and just decided to take a nap.
