A) is correct, it won't read local GVP.ini.

I thought it was option B, but now I'm second-guessing myself. We had a similar practice question, and I remember it being tricky!

I keep mixing up the files mentioned. Is it GVP.ini or watchdog.ini that it reads when localconfig is set to 1? I need to double-check that.

I'm not entirely sure, but I feel like it might be option A. We practiced a question like this, and it was about prioritizing local over LDAP.

I think when localconfig is set to 1, it means the WatchDog service won't use the LDAP settings. I remember something about it reading local files instead.
