The question is asking about the dialing mode that lets the agent see customer info first. I'm going to go with Preview mode, that seems like the most logical choice.
Preview dialing is the clear choice here. Unless you're a psychic, you're gonna want to see who you're calling, am I right? Anything else is just playing customer service roulette.
C) Preview is the way to go. I'm not about to put on a blindfold and start randomly dialing people. That's a recipe for awkward conversations and hurt feelings.
Preview dialing is the answer for sure. I'd rather take a quick peek at the customer details than just go in guns blazing like a Predictive dialer. Gotta be prepared, you know?
