I thought Power dialing was about speed, so it probably doesn't show info beforehand. I’m leaning towards Preview as well.

I definitely recall something about Predictive dialing, but I can't remember if it shows customer info first.

I'm not too sure, but I feel like Progressive could be the right choice too. It sounds familiar from practice questions.

Preview mode is the one that allows the agent to see the customer details upfront, so that's the option I'm going to choose.

The question is asking about the dialing mode that lets the agent see customer info first. I'm going to go with Preview mode, that seems like the most logical choice.

Preview dialing is the clear choice here. Unless you're a psychic, you're gonna want to see who you're calling, am I right? Anything else is just playing customer service roulette.

C) Preview is the way to go. I'm not about to put on a blindfold and start randomly dialing people. That's a recipe for awkward conversations and hurt feelings.

I'm going with C) Preview. It makes sense to have that customer info upfront before you start dialing. Anything else would just be a shot in the dark.

Preview dialing is the answer for sure. I'd rather take a quick peek at the customer details than just go in guns blazing like a Predictive dialer. Gotta be prepared, you know?

The preview dialing mode is definitely the way to go. Who wants to dial blindly without seeing the customer's info first? That's like playing darts with your eyes closed!
