I'm a bit confused. I thought Mandatory meant the system would automatically handle the status, which makes me lean towards A or C, but I can't remember the exact details.
I remember practicing a question like this, and I think B sounds right because it mentions the agent has to manually set their status back to Available.
I think the Mandatory option means the agent has to complete the After Call Work before going back to Available, so maybe it's C? But I'm not entirely sure.
