I’m not sure about that, sounds too strict to me.

I thought it was just a contact list, but I guess not!

A DNC list is definitely a no-call list.

I vaguely remember something about high-priority numbers, but that might be related to a different topic.

I feel like option D sounds right since it mentions numbers we shouldn't dial, but I can't recall the exact definition.

I remember practicing a question about contact lists, but I don't think a DNC list is the same thing.

I think a DNC list stands for "Do Not Call," but I'm not sure if it means we can't call those numbers at all.

Okay, let's see. I know that .send() throws an exception on error, but I'm not sure about the other functions. I'll need to think through the behavior of each one to determine the correct answer.

I'm a bit confused by this question. I know Metric Manager is used for monitoring, but I'm not sure if it can handle all the different types of data listed here. I'll have to think this through.

Okay, let's see. A Service Unload/NLM Unload alert... I'm guessing it has something to do with a service or network-related issue.

Alright, I think I've got it. The backup file extension was changed, so the Cisco FTD device can't recognize the file. Option C is the way to go on this one.

Your answer is incorrect.. Your answer says that it is a list of high priority numbers that must be called in preview mode.. A DNC list is a "Do Not Contact" list.. https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/not-call-lists-view/ I'm starting to question - what else you have wrong, this is a common term across the industry..
