I feel like option A makes the most sense since it covers what everyone has done and any roadblocks, but I wonder if we really need to report to anyone outside the team.
I remember practicing a question like this, and I think the focus is on team communication, but I can't recall if it specifically mentions reporting to the Product Owner or Scrum Master.
I think the daily scrum is mainly about sharing what we've done and what we plan to do, but I'm not sure if it's just for the team or if the Product Owner is involved too.
Hmm, fast tracking a project - that's gotta mean increased risks, right? I'm pretty sure that's the right answer here, but I'll double-check the other options just to be sure.
