Canceling the Sprint seems extreme, but I guess it could be necessary if the team is overwhelmed. I just can't recall if that was ever a recommended option in our studies.
I feel like working overtime is a bad idea. It could lead to burnout. I think we practiced a similar question where adjusting the backlog was the right move.
I remember we discussed how important it is to manage workload effectively. I think collaborating with the Product Owner to adjust the scope makes sense, but I'm not entirely sure.
Starting the Sprint and recruiting more members sounds risky. I think we learned that adding people late in the process can cause more confusion. I’d lean towards option B.
