I feel like the Scrum Master works closely with the Product Owner, but I can't remember if that means they develop the backlog together or just support each other.
I remember a practice question that asked about the Scrum Master's responsibilities, and I think it was similar to this one. I feel like option B makes the most sense.
The Scrum Master is not responsible for managing the Development Team, so that rules out option D. I'm leaning towards B, but I'll double-check the Scrum Guide to be sure.
Option B is the correct answer. The Scrum Master's primary responsibility is to remove any impediments the Development Team encounters during their work.
Ah, I remember this from the Scrum training. The Scrum Master's primary responsibility is to remove any impediments the Development Team encounters during their work. Option B is the correct answer.
Hmm, I'm not totally sure about this one. I know the Scrum Master has a facilitator role, but I'm not confident which of these options is the primary responsibility. I'll have to think it through.
