I’m leaning towards D being the answer because socializing Scrum seems more like a team effort than a specific Scrum Master duty. But I could be wrong!
Preventing senior management from shifting priorities sounds like something a Scrum Master would do, but I feel like it might not be their main responsibility.
I think the Scrum Master is supposed to help the team, but I'm not sure if they actually set priorities with the product owner. That seems more like the product owner's job.
This seems like a pretty straightforward question. I think the key is to focus on the keywords "high availability" and "safety of the power consumption link". Optical fiber networks are known for their reliability, so I'm going to go with True.
This is a tricky one. I'm not entirely sure, but I think the key difference is that Agile is more flexible and responsive to changing requirements, while Waterfall is more rigid and focused on following a predetermined plan. So the Waterfall feature that's no longer used in Agile must be the sequential execution of those predetermined stages.
