I remember a practice question about the team's responsibilities, and it mentioned something about completing the project as estimated. So, maybe option A could also be correct?
I'm confident that B is the correct answer. The Development Team's role is to transform the backlog into a functional product, not just hit the deadline.
Option B seems like the best fit. The Development Team needs to have the full range of skills to deliver a working product, not just complete the project on time and budget.
B, no doubt. If the team can't turn the backlog into a shippable product, then what's the point of having a team in the first place? Might as well just let the Product Owner do it all.

I think the Development Team should have all the skills needed to complete the project as estimated when the date and cost are committed to the Product Owner.
I'm torn between A and B, but I think B is the most comprehensive answer. The team needs to be able to handle the entire development process, not just the parts they're comfortable with.
