At the beginning of a project we must keep in mind there are basically three views of a process: What you THINK it is, What the SUPPLIER wants and What it SHOULD be.
This is a good one. Identifying those three perspectives - what you think, what the supplier wants, and what it should be - is crucial for any project. I feel pretty confident that the statement is True based on that.
Wait, I'm a bit confused. Are we supposed to be evaluating the accuracy of that statement, or just identifying the three different views mentioned? I want to make sure I'm approaching this question correctly.
Okay, I think I've got this. The statement is saying that at the start of a project, you need to consider those three different views of the process. That makes sense to me, so I'm going to go with True on this one.
Hmm, I'm a little unsure about this one. The wording is a bit tricky and I want to make sure I fully grasp the concept before answering. I might need to re-read the question a few times to make sure I'm not missing anything.
This seems like a pretty straightforward question. I think the key is to really understand the three different views mentioned - what you think the process is, what the supplier wants, and what it should be. If I can identify those three perspectives, I should be able to determine if the statement is true or false.
