Not sure about that, feels like it could be more.

Totally agree, 32 is the right answer!

Wait, how do you get 64? That seems off.

I think it’s 32 runs with 2 replicates.

There are 16 runs for 4 factors at 2 levels.

I believe the answer is 64 because we have 2 replicates of the 16 runs from the full factorial design. I just hope I didn’t mix up the numbers!

I’m a bit confused about the replicates part. If we only consider the corner points, does that change the total? I thought we still needed to account for all combinations.

I remember practicing a similar question, and I think the formula for the number of runs is something like levels^factors times replicates. So, that would be 16 times 2, which gives 32.

I think for a full factorial design with 4 factors at 2 levels, the total runs should be 2^4, which is 16. But since we have 2 replicates, I’m not sure if that means we double it or not.

Wait, didn't they say there were no center points? I need to double-check that detail.

I've got this! The number of runs is 2^4 = 16, and with 2 replicates that makes 32. Easy peasy.

Ugh, factorial designs always get me. I'll have to review my notes on calculating the total number of runs.

Okay, let's see. Four factors, two levels each, and two replicates for the corner points. I think I can work this out.

Hmm, this looks like a tricky one. I'll need to think through the factorial design and replication details carefully.

Wait, so we're supposed to run 128 experiments just to test 4 factors? That's madness! I'm going to design my experiment with one factor at a time, that'll be way more efficient. *winks*

Ooh, this one's tricky! Let me think... Okay, I've got it! The answer is B) 128. Totally nailed it. *high fives self*

I'm going with C) 256. Wait, no, that can't be right... Ugh, I always get these factorial design questions mixed up! *grumbles*

Nah, I'm pretty sure it's D) 64. The question says there are no center points, so that means we only have the corner points with 2 replicates, right? Seems like the easiest answer to me.

So, the answer is definitely D) 64. It's a straightforward calculation based on the information given.

Yeah, that's correct. With 4 factors at 2 levels and 2 replicates for corner points, it adds up to 64 runs.

I think you're right, D) 64 makes sense since there are no center points in the design.

Hmm, I think the answer is B) 128. That's the number of experimental runs for a full factorial design with 4 factors at 2 levels, right? Plus 2 replicates for the corner points.

I agree with Alisha, because for 4 factors at 2 levels with 2 replicates, the formula is 2^(number of factors) * number of replicates = 2^4 * 2 = 128.
