I bet the administrator forgot to turn on the 'Magical Unicorn Mode' on the BIG-IP. That's the only way to truly solve this problem. *wink wink*

Haha, the administrator must have missed the 'Reverse Address Translation' setting. That's the only explanation I can think of for this issue. Gotta be option D, right?

User 2: Agreed, setting the Address Translation to SNAT and having self-IP configured in the same subnet of servers should solve the issue.
